Our coffee

Nuestro café

Our coffee has been recognized as the best in the eastern region. It's a three-generation tradition, which gives us the experience and love we have in growing it, from producer to consumer. Our motto: "From the bush to the cup."

It is a blend of deep blue-gray grains grown in the mountainous region of Laguna de Ayarza. Its plantations are located on the Santa Sofía Farm, whose main characteristic is a temperate climate, at an altitude of 1,700 meters above sea level, in the department of Santa Rosa, Guatemala.

In the mountains of San Rafael Las Flores, with one of the best views for enjoying a cup of coffee at sunset, is Finca Las Nueces, also located in the department of Santa Rosa, in the municipality of San Rafael Las Flores, at an altitude of 1,850 meters above sea level.

On the other hand, in the Mataquescuintla Mountains, we have Finca El Pedregal, located at an altitude of 1,550 meters above sea level. It produces one of the finest cups of coffee available, with different varieties such as Anacafé 14, Catuai Red and Yellow, Catimor, Costa Rica 95, Pacamara, Sarchimor, Marsellesa, and Maragogype.

Our coffee is characterized by a balanced aroma, acidity, body, and flavor, classified as premium or gourmet . Due to its quality, it is considered strictly hard coffee.

We have been exporting coffee for 50 years, currently to the United States, Japan, and Europe. Our coffee carries the Café Practices and Rainforest Alliance seals, which guarantee our social responsibility, environmental stewardship, and the quality of our beans.

In the region, coffee growers work from very early on with dedication, love, and commitment.
